Lemon water drink


With Vitamin C and flavonoids, lemon is excellent at detoxifying the body. In order to prepare a lemon detox drink, boil 2 cups of water in the pan. Next, add slices of 1 lemon in the boiling water. You should also consider adding a 1-inchpeice of ginger to the mixture as ginger has amazing anti-inflammatory properties. Simmer the concoction for a few minutes and then keep it aside for about half an hour. You may add honey if you like.

Apple cider vinegar drink

Apple cider vinegar maybe a little unpleasant for the taste buds but it does the job of detoxifying like nothing else. This drink doesn’t only cleanse the body but also strengthens the immune system, balances body fluids and fights infections. To prepare this detox drink, take one cup of water, add to it the juice of half a lemon and tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Pepper can also be added for some flavor. Mix these ingredients properly and drink on an empty stomach.

Turmeric tea

Turmeric tea greatly helps with detoxification of the body. Also, it lowers the LDL cholesterol levels, provides immunity and fights different types of cancer. For preparing this tea, take a cup of boiled water. Add to it half teaspoon of ginger and turmeric powder, and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Next, add a few drops of honey and 1 cup of coconut milk . Mix it well and drink it first thing in the morning.
